How do I made payment?
Please follow the steps below:
1) Choose your desired product and enter your desired quantity and proceed to click BUY NOW!
2) After you have clicked BUY NOW!, proceed with MAKE AN ORDER!
3) Complete your order by filling up the ORDER FORM. Click SAVE AND CONTINUE.
4) At the Delivery Option page click Free Shipping and click SAVE AND CONTINUE
5) On the Payment Page, Click OFFLINE PAYMENT.
6) Follow the instructions and after you have made the payment, kindly E-mail, Whatsapp or Telegram your payment proof to Streaming Guru.
7) Delivery of account will be via E-mail, Whatsapp or Telegram

Please define "LIFETIME"!
The account that we are selling is a sharing account. Therefore, we provide 1 MONTH - 12 MONTHS (depending on account type) warranty if you encounter any problem with the account you purchased from us. After your warranty period expires, if the account still up and running, you may continue to use the account.
What happen if my account is dead and my warranty expires?
You have to purchase new account from us.
What type of account you offer?
At the moment we offer Streaming Account only.

How many screen or device can I share?
You are only allowed to use 1 account on 1 device or screen. Sharing account among your relatives or friends is strictly prohibited and Streaming Guru reserves the right to CANCEL your warranty if you breached our Terms and Conditions.
Can you upgrade my existing account (Netflix/FuboTV/SlingTV)?
NO. We don't provide upgrade/topping up/ to existing account
I am from outside Malaysia and I am interested to purchase your streaming account, how do I go about?

Why are you no longer selling in Shopee?
Shopee is a great platform for selling my product. Many of our customers are from Shopee. However, due to some restriction imposed by Shopee in which we are not happy about, we had to move forward and therefore www.streaminguru.site was born.
I have made purchase for a Streaming Account, how do I get them?
We will send it to you by e-mail and by Whatsapp/Telegram. Therefore, you are required to register your e-mail and contact number via the sign up/check out page.
There is a problem with my account, how do I get it replaced?
